i can recommend staying here. clean property just next door to the airport, puerto de la cruz and punta brava, the center of puerto de la cruz. affable staff with good travel recommendations. a shower, hairdryers and a bidet available. magnificent setting close to nice beach. it's nestled in nice building.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's decoration. The traditional island-inspired design and warm colors made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for us seniors, with ramps and elevators available. It was such a pleasure to be able to move around freely and comfortably without any obstacles.

I wish the children working there were more attentive to the needs of us senior guests. A little more assistance and consideration towards our mobility and special requirements would have made our vacation even better.

The swimming pools were top-notch, especially the heated one, and there was a fantastic play area for kids. The onsite restaurants impressed with delicious food and excellent staff. The central location was a major plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The drinks at the evening meal were reasonably priced and refreshing. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. this accommodation ticked all the boxes and then some!
